Piotr Wacławik

Piotr Wacławik was born in 1996 in Katowice. He studied at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in the class of prof. dr. hab. Mirosław Jacek Błaszczyk (symphonic-opera conducting) and in the class of Krzysztof Firlus (viola da gamba). He is currently assistant conductor of the Krakow Opera and assistant at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno.

Piotr Wacławik is a laureate of many awards, for example in May 2019 it was the 1st prize at the 5th Atlantic Coast International Conducting Masterclass and Competition, in August 2018 the 1st prize at the international conducting competition London Classical Soloists.
